Ms. Erin Van Winkle

This is going to be a very exciting year at Bayfield Intermediate School and I can’t wait to begin the year.  First, I would like to share some information about myself.  I grew up in Georgetown, Colorado (outside Denver) and have lived in the four corners area for over 30 years.  This is my 24th year teaching.  I graduated from Fort Lewis College with a degree in Exercise Science and hold my Master’s degree in Education.  I enjoy hiking, skiing, rafting, paddle boarding, dirt bike riding, traveling, reading and spending time with my husband John, family, friends, and our dog, Aggy.

I love teaching and I cannot wait to begin your 5th grade journey with you!
